Fill your bays with customers you've already earned.
The work your customers put off doesn't disappear — it drives to the shop down the street. We run the follow-up that brings it back to you, in your shop's name: the right customer, the right message, the right time. You just service the cars.
No new software · In your shop's name · You only pay for the cars we book
The money's already in your system. You just can't see it.
Almost half your repair orders include work the customer declined — and because you only see completed invoices, you never watch it walk out the door. Most of it gets done later, at the shop down the road.
Declined work walks away
You flag the brakes, they say "later," nobody follows up. That $600 job goes down the street.
No time to chase it
A database full of customers — and zero hours in the day to work it.
Retainers, no results
You've paid a marketer monthly and never knew if it worked. The risk was all yours.
What Rebooked does instead
- ✓ We run the whole follow-up — who's due, what to say, when — so it actually happens, every month, for every customer.
- ✓ It goes out in your shop's name, written to book jobs — not generic blasts that get people to opt out.
- ✓ You do nothing but service the cars — and you only pay for the appointments we actually book.
Three steps. We do all three.
Click through it — that's the whole job.
Not a tool you run. Not a retainer. Done for you.
Your shop software has a follow-up feature you've never turned on — and even if you did, it just fires a generic text. It won't make sure it happens, tune it to book jobs, or set the appointment. We run the whole thing — and only win when you do.

Straight up: Rebooked is new, so I don't have a wall of testimonials yet. What I do have — a founding rate, my full attention, and a guarantee that means you risk nothing to find out.
Founding rate, locked
Your rate stays put for as long as you stay — before it goes up for everyone after.
My full attention
A small founding group. I dial in your campaigns and copy personally.
Zero risk to try
You only pay if it's already working. Easy call.
"I started Rebooked after watching good shops leave real money on the table — customers they'd already earned, but never followed up with. So I built a system that does the follow-up for them: it quietly brings the right customers back, month after month, without the shop lifting a finger. That's all it is — a done-for-you process that turns the work you've already done into your next booked jobs."
What shop owners ask.
What does it cost?+
$50 for each appointment we book you — that's the whole bill. No setup for founding shops, no contract. Based on your list size we guarantee a set number of appointments in your first 30 days, or you don't pay until we hit it.
Are you charging me for customers who'd come back anyway?+
No. We tag your regulars and never bill you for them — if we've seen someone recently, they're not a billable appointment. You only pay for lapsed or overdue customers we genuinely bring back. Want proof? We can hold back part of your list and show you the lift over what would've happened on its own.
Doesn't my shop software already do this?+
It has a reminder feature — but it only sends a generic text, and only if you set it up, write it, and keep it running. Most owners never do — no time, and no one to own it. We run the whole program for you, tune it so it actually books jobs, and only charge when a car gets booked.
Do I have to do anything?+
Almost nothing. We set it up and run it in your name. You take the appointments.
Will this annoy my customers?+
No. We only text your own recent customers, every message names your shop, and anyone can opt out in one word.
What if my data's a mess?+
Normal — and it's our job. Spreadsheet or software, we clean it up and find who's due.
How do I know it's working?+
Clear reporting: who we texted, who booked, what came back. Your numbers, not ours.
See what's hiding in your list.
Tell me a bit about your shop and I'll show you what Rebooked would recover — how many customers are due, and what that's worth. No obligation.
- ✓ The booked jobs hiding in your database
- ✓ No risk — you only pay for the appointments we book
- ✓ 15 minutes, that's it
Got it — I'll reach out within one business day to set up your call and show you what's hiding in your list.
